For a birthday or a big milestone, a shared banquet is hard to beat — platters down the table, everyone reaching in, seconds encouraged. It suits a crowd of any age, and because we control the heat, the kids and the spice-shy are covered while the chilli lovers get theirs on the side.

Engagements, functions and bigger nights

For engagements and larger functions, grazing and stations keep a standing crowd happy and moving — starters and finger food people can eat with a glass in hand. If you want a mix of both — canapés on arrival, then a banquet — we will plan the flow with you.

A rough rule of thumb: for a shared meal, count on a few dishes per small group plus rice and starters. Tell us your numbers and we will get the quantities right so there is plenty without waste.
